The $1,500 Master Build Fee is non-refundable after deployment begins, as it covers custom engineering labor — including your Custom Autonomous Voice Agent Training, 11-Table Isolated Database Architecture, Slack Dispatch Gate Integration, Federal A2P 10DLC Registration, and Executive VIP Dashboard Provisioning.
This work begins immediately upon payment confirmation and represents real, irreversible engineering labor — which is why it is structured as non-refundable once your build is underway.
Monthly infrastructure service is billed month-to-month. There is no long-term contract. If you wish to cancel, simply provide 30 days written notice to our team.
Your service remains active and fully functional through the end of your current billing cycle following cancellation — you are never cut off mid-cycle.
If your business operates seasonally, a seasonal pause is available at $99/month. This reduced rate keeps your A2P registration active, your Knowledge Base preserved, and your consent archive intact while your system is dormant.
Pausing and resuming your account does not require a new setup fee or a new Master Build charge — your system picks up exactly where you left it.
If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of active service, contact our engineering team directly to discuss remediation. We want your system working the way you expect it to — most concerns can be resolved through configuration adjustments to your Knowledge Base, dispatch rules, or escalation triggers.
