By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing the services provided by FlowBridge Agency, you and the organization, entity, or company that you represent agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
FlowBridge Agency provides custom Autonomous Dispatch Systems for home service operators. Our services include, but are not limited to, the engineering of isolated cloud databases, team communication dispatch integrations, Custom AI Voice Agents, and proprietary client dashboard provisioning.
By checking out on our Site or executing an invoice, the User agrees to pay the listed prices, including any applicable taxes.
One-time. Non-refundable once deployment begins.
Starts after the 30-day deployment window.
Billed transparently. User responsible for all charges.
Preserves Knowledge Base and A2P registration.
The $1,500 Master Build Fee is a one-time charge covering the custom engineering, AI training, database configuration, and A2P 10DLC registration required to deploy your system. This fee is strictly non-refundable once deployment begins, as it covers custom engineering labor regardless of whether you continue monthly service. Deployment is considered to have begun once we have started custom database engineering or initiated the A2P 10DLC carrier registration process on your behalf.
Following the initial 30-day deployment window, User will be billed $797 per month for the continued hosting, maintenance, and management of the Autonomous Dispatch System.
In addition to the monthly fee, Users are billed for actual telecom usage (voice minutes, SMS segments) utilized by the AI. This is billed transparently at cost + 10%. Users are responsible for all telecom charges incurred by their system.
Service is month-to-month. Users may cancel their monthly subscription by providing 30 days written notice to [email protected].
Users may elect to pause their account for a reduced maintenance fee of $99/month, which preserves the custom knowledge base and active A2P telecom registration. To request a pause, contact [email protected].
By providing your phone number to FlowBridge Agency, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and electronic communications from us regarding your account. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
As a client utilizing our Autonomous Dispatch System, you agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring you have obtained the necessary prior express written consent to communicate with your leads via text or voice, consistent with applicable TCPA regulations. While we provide compliance infrastructure (such as two-party consent detection and opt-in logging), the legal obligation to collect and retain proper consent rests with you, the client.
The Site and the proprietary systems built by FlowBridge Agency contain copyrighted material, databases, code architecture, and proprietary information. The custom database architectures, workflow automation conduits, and AI prompts engineered by FlowBridge remain the intellectual property of FlowBridge Agency.
Users are granted a revocable, non-transferable license to use the system for their own business operations while their monthly subscription is active. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the backend architecture to any third party.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FLOWBRIDGE AGENCY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR REVENUE LOST DUE TO TELECOM OUTAGES, THIRD-PARTY API FAILURES (E.G., LANGUAGE MODEL PROVIDERS, TELECOM CARRIERS), OR INTERNET CONNECTIVITY ISSUES.
Our autonomous dispatch systems are designed for standard commercial lead capture and appointment scheduling. They are not certified or intended as emergency response services. Do not rely on our system for life-safety or emergency dispatch purposes.
IN NO EVENT WILL FLOWBRIDGE AGENCY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE PREVIOUS ONE (1) MONTH OF SERVICE.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any and all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by final, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
